Customer service was not good at all

I was trying to apply to the Flexshopper app and had a terrible experience. I was denied because it said it couldn't verify my identity. After speaking with 7 different customer service reps to get this matter resolved I was told that it had been resolved and it still wasn't. The application kept saying the same thing and wouldn't allow me to finish. It was so frustrating and hard to believe that there was so much confusion trying to complete a simple application. After reading some of these reviews maybe it was best that things worked out the way that they did. User's recommendation: Don't use this service!
