I requested cancelling my 6 month membership after only two days of joining. I was told I could not cancel. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was told that was not possible. The representative ended the call. I called back again and spoke with a different representative. I requested again to speak with a manager. And i was told again, that it was not possible. Both representatives responses were scripted. The tightly scripted responses eliminates any possibilty to truly resolve complaints or issues from consumers. The customer service was completely inept. Singleparentmeet is a huge disappoint in the online dating community and is not worth your time.
