Customer Service Useless

I received a Ticketmaster eGift card. The link won't work and although I got a response that an incident ticket was logged, I've received no further information after three weeks. They won't respond to my emails. InComm's website won't let me send a customer service request. I'm beginning to feel like they've stolen my $200

If you are actual Representative of InComm you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
