Hello, My name is John Boe and I am a 53rd customer since 2007. I currently am living in Dubai, UAE, I opened a business account johnboeinternational with 53rd and I have recently had a problem over the past 5 days trying to use my debit card at the ATM or to make a purchase at a retail store. I was informed to call the automated phone number to change my PIN, but after I had entered two numbers, the automated voice message system said that my card number was invalid. Then I logged in and tried to change my PIN via the Security tab, but when I went to SAVE the updated number, a message popped up saying that there was a technical issue and the number was not updated. I think for some reason my card is not valid any longer. I need immediate assistance getting my card working because it has been 5 days now and I have used up my money and need to have access to my money. Joe Cantrell is the person who has been assisting me, but he could not fix the issue, so he sent a request to the desk of the President. I need help now, John User's recommendation: It was a big mistake when I left PNC and started my buinsess account with 53rd.
