Customer Service – trying to get extra payment after cancellation

Cancelled my order, they insist that they are not able to cancel next payment which is 3 weeks away. I dont know what foreign country they are working with. Hard to understand. I told them that with some much time, I did not understand how they could not cancel next payment, clerk said she couldnt do anything else. I said I wanted to talk to supervisor. They said someone should call me back in 48 hours, Ill update when I Ive call.
