Customer Service….the WORST

Ordered a book. UPS site said it was sitting at a post office for 9 days. Called Dinkleboo to inquiry, said oh its not lost In a very rude tone. Well yep think it is I say. Can I talk to someone else manager, supervisor , owner, anyone......nope she is the ONLY one in the US to talk to, I can call Australia. WOW! Ps Still not resolved. Order number 301333****
