Customer Service Support is terrible.

I have tried for days to get a customer service support to help me with setting up my account with no success. What do I need to do to get adequate service. I can see that I'm not the only one having issues with this company. User's recommendation: Lots of luck. I do not understand WHY this has to be so hard.
