Customer service supervisor behavior towards me

I am beside myself with how I was treated. I began recording him when he got personal by describing my behavior. I was at his mercy for his help for I was out my products and had already waiting 46 minutes on hold. It was awful. I could not take it anymore and I hung up, but not before I collected this information. I was told it would be in a check pending state and that it is under my customer #[protected] Please, can someone call me? I need my food by thanksgiving. I cannot go to a store with covid. I am a loyal customer and need assistance asap! The supervisor's name was Scott.
