Customer Service Sucks and REFUSING RETURNS

I have been buying from this company for years, before it changed names. Lately, the company has changed the return policy to it has to be returned in 60 days. Now, even when it is returned, they return the clothes back to you for some bogus reason. I just returned some items and got them back with a note that says 'return because they are damaged'. How can clothes that were never worn, and were barely out the bag be damaged? (obviously only if they were sent that way). So now you can't even return to them. And when they do keep them, they have not been giving me a credit for what I returned. I would rather pay extra to a company that will treat me honestly, let me return things, and not keep my money after I return their clothes, for what ever reason. I am done with them.
