I purchased the model home from DR Horton at Pointe West in Vero Beach Florida. I had numerous issues with my home. I have contacted Customer Service through all available channels. They have addressed 2 issues on my list and have not addressed the many others. I have been promised a call from the builder and have recently filled out a corporate survey which asks if I want to be contacted. I have not heard back from anyone. It seems once they have your money the relationship ends. I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I purchased. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere!! User's recommendation: Stay Away, DO NOT BUY!!!!
