Decades long 7-day subscriber. Recently suspended subscription due to verbal disrespect from delivery person. Restarted after a bit. First day of Sunday delivery never showed up. Called again 9/22 about miss, but none delivered after 12PM noon. Called again and robot said "no delivery can be made. Call Monday during business hours". MC won't ever tell you delivery person's name or give phone #. Why not? Won't give supervisor info either. Why not? I want my carrier to hold my papers on vacation until I return, since MC won't do that. He always did in the past. He was the best. Always early, never a problem. He quit. Try ever speaking w/ a human being. Good luck. If it weren't the only paper, I'd be gone. Is there any wonder circulation is plummeting? I don't want to read online!! And the billing: special issues is another questionable practice imo. Enough for now. Where's my paper!!???
