Customer Service Said Swear Words

I am already very upset that cant login to the account after an hour. System asked for verification code and then email states browser not recognized. So called support, and after explaining for another 10 mins, he sent the verification code thought thats it but then he is asking if I have access to the device I said no and then he start explaining without listening I states I have the app. Or you would think he should be asking if I have app access in the first place. Then he started pissed off and said swear words to me. I immediately hung up. His name is Chris, I called 2/5 7:10pm PST. He is too rude that I cant use Ring anymore. User's recommendation: dont mess with the customer service, they are very rude.
