I purchased a bed at your Jacksonville store on Atlantic Blvd. prior to your closing. I was to pick it up on April 23 because that was the day I was moving. Of course, you were closed, so my bed is still in the store. I have filled out a Customer Service Form to reimburse my credit card. It came from Kevin Beason at the Queens Harbor store. I cannot reach anyone at the corporate office (recording just says "we're closed."). I need to get this money back. Please respond and tell me something. I also wrote to you a month ago. David Voss User's recommendation: Do not depend on anyone ever answering the phone.
