Customer service reps are nice but totally ineffective
I've been a customer of Edgepark for 4 months and not one month of ordering goes by without an issue. Most recently I have had to talk to 5 reps on different days who each tell me my issue is resolved but my order never seems to ship and I am left to start over the next day. Each rep seems very sympathetic, but I have learned to not believe what they tell me. I give them one star because they do answer the phone. That's about it.
