Waiting FOREVER for someone to answer. This is unacceptable! Someone needs to do an investigation into this. If anyone has a contact person to report them to, please comment with that information. This should never happen especially with this type of Company. Absolutely horrible Customer Service at Orange and Rockland Utilities Services. I truly wish they had competition because I would definitely switch. They absolutely suck and also their employees are also lazy people who constantly slack off. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and see if they can do anything or maybe I should contact the New York State Attorney General's Office and put in a complaint as well. Competition will put them in their place.
