I called in and spoke with Tierra Russell. I was enquiring about my home equity loan account and she insisted that, I didn't have the proper account information, I provided everything on my statement and she informed me that she couldn't access my account. She lied !!! As I am growing upset because I have never had a problem in the past , she chuckles .. I am furious with her lack of respect and willingness to do her job. She put me on hold and I talked to another representative who was able to access the account with ease, and was able to access the account in seconds.
