Worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Training is one week and you are thrown out to the wolves with no real help. You are given a ext. to dial if you don't know the answer to the homeowners question. If the company would train the CS agents before they put them in their position the service would go much smoother. All incoming calls are routed to the CS department which is totally ridiculious. They expect for you to sit 8 hours a day with a 30 minute lunch and one 15 min. break. However you are told you will receive a hour lunch. They actually decide what days you are givin a hour lunch. If you miss a day and bring in a doctors note you are given an occourance, so don't bother bringing one. You cannot transfer out of this dreadful dept until you have been there for 1 year. The occurance process is a setup to keep you from transferring to a better managed dept because they know all humans will eventually become ill and have to miss a day. So to all of you homeowners who has this company servicing your loan I truly apologize for the poor service you receive. And to any unemployed individual seeking employment please do yourself a favor and seek employment elsewhere.
