Due to my car being repaired, I needed to rent a car. I decided on Easirent, since it was cheaper than the others. First, its not at the airport, which is a little misleading. After waiting 30 minutes, the shuttle came. With only one person in, the wait was another 30 minutes. Once I went through the process of rental, Frankie (manager) asked where I was going while using the car. I was informed, that I would get limited mileage and $500 deposit. Frankie walked to the car with me to record the information, in doing so he was complaining to me about another customer, he said that he was going to make her wait because she didnt do what he said. The car had a some small damage to the front bumper, plus the instrument panel indicated oil change needed and windshield fluid needed as well. Frankie, said not to worry about that. I left with the car, yet, the next day after I returned from my event, the front bumper was protruding more on the car. I went back to the office and the two men that helped me were kind and understanding and changed vehicle without any issues. In returning the vehicle on Friday, I received a phone call threatening me to return the vehicle now, because it was after 12, plus I was going to get charged a $75 late fee. I explained that I didn't receive the car until 2pm, Frankie sent me a screenshot of my car request with Priceline for 12 -pick up. along with a the message Bring it Now . User's recommendation: I would Not recommend this place to anyone. It was the cheapest rental, but I realized that you get what you pay for.
