I ordered a ham on 12/3/20 for an estimated delivery on 12/18/20. I know that you all are extremely busy due to many various reasons. However, I called today to check on my order b/c I had not received any notification of shipment. I patiently WAITED ON HOLD for 1 HOUR and 6 minutes and then when my call went through, I got another message saying that all of their customer support people were busy and then it just disconnected! Wow! Not great at all.
