i put an order in late November 2020, i only received a portion of my order and two out of 4 items i ordered llbean replaced with some god awful items, such as a light weight tote bag, i was sent one that was completely different then i ordered, i ordered a black jewel neck tee i received a bright blue tee, the pants i sent back i never did get a replacement for. i have bought llbean clothing and sleepers, jackets, pjs for years through sears and the catologue the women on the phone were short, rude, and not knowledgable of whats going on or product availability. just waiting now for my refund check. User's recommendation: not sure what to say my experience this last time was awful.
