Customer service people lie service people don’t have equipment that works

Last night at 10:15 pm I reported a pixelating audio problem on my cable. I was given an appointment between 12and 1 the next day with a promise of a text before arrival. At 1:35pm he arrived no text. He was here for 35 minutes. 5 minutes oh he told me his meter *** out. He needed to get a new one. After he made a call he came in a while later and said everything was ok he mentally read the output of the broken meter and left. Tonight I have pix elating audio problems again. I made another call to csr dispatch then called 2 minutes later and said someone would be out tonight 30 minutes later someone called and said I had an apt between 3 and 4 tomorrow. I am calling corporate Monday. Ill suffer. Tomorrow is Saturday, Sunday is church. I work for a living and Cant be taking off work to get cable repaired.
