Update by user Dec 26, 2018 So finally my husband called (evidently a man can get better results) and managed to actually get a label several days later. We sent the whole vac and charger and didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, and then we received notice that it was coming back to us. It did, repackaged like it was new. But it still has the same problems, and came with no explanations about what they did while they had it.Another email, to which they reply that they want more pictures of the battery (!) that was just in their possession (!). Another phone call, they want it sent back to them again so they can check it out.They say they never replace a product before repairing it. WHAT!?! Original review posted by user Nov 26, 2018 I loved my D85 until it stopped charging at only four months. I bought a new battery, but that didn't help. Today I sent an email to ask where my shipping label is, after waiting 6 days for it to appear in my inbox. Six days ago, I went through their steps to test the charging base. This is now 12 days since the first chat, when I went through the steps to test the botvac. That's when they dropped the ball without telling me what they were going to do for me. How long does it take to return an email? They are incommunicado after one hour so far. I was going to give my son a newer version, but I think it sounds like I should choose a different brand. I am a very disappointed consumer.
