Three months ago I spoke with a customer service rep who asked me to send a photo of my kitchen single handle faucet. It is an older model. The newer model uses a cartridge replacement to control leak. I can't determine what model uses. In fact, I can't even determine the model. I have recently sent two additional emails and left a call back number. All I get is radio silence. I call the number and can't get through to a rep. I get a promise to get a call back. This is no way to run a business. I shouldn't have to hire a plumber to fix a leaky faucet.
