Customer service is terrible. The owner has this horrible attitude and she has this 'I'm the boss so ill do as i please' mindset and she doesn't realize how that comes across as. Idk what her problem is, but the needs to evaluate how she interacts with her customers, because without us, she wouldn't be anywhere right now! On top of that, the hair had nits. They seem to be dead, but i dont appreciate the fact that they didnt even attempt to remove them.
