3T Solutions has provided very adequate customer service. Our locations span multiple states and two primary register systems. Over the past 4 years some issues have come up: Moving servers, updating O.S., and system crashes. In one case a location lost all there registers to a lightning strike. Each and every time 3T Solutions has provided multiple levels of support to resolve the issues. Our IT department has corresponded with there support and technology team on several key issues. So we can say with confidence, even beyond the initial install; 3T has stood by there product. We are considering using the same system that prints the Money Orders to print our payroll... Lastly, our Money Order profits are up since we switched to there Total Solution System. There 3T Total Solution works...
