My son did not receive his sensors with his supplies, would not answer me when they would be sent out. Only that there would be investigation and she get back to me. She spoke rudely to me , wasn’t concerned my son would be unable to use pump shortly without sensors. I am not a new customer. I am a nurse and another heard the whole conversation. She should of sent the sensors out right away. Your a diabetic pump supply co...It took 2 weeks for your company to even get order out because the first person I called was new and never completed order. In the 2 years and thousands of dollars I have spent out of pocket I have never had issues or been treated so bad till this order. So disappointing!
