I was super excited that I've found rain boots that I fell in love with on coach.com. I placed an order and the next day I received an email saying my order was canceled. I thought that was weird and so I tried placing the order again. Later that day I received another email with my order being canceled. "Unfortunately, we are unable to process this order with the information provided. As a result, your order has been canceled and you have not been charged." I called customer service, who was not helpful whatsoever. They didn't know why it was canceled so put me on hold. Then told me that the reason my order was canceled was that all orders get screen and they rejected my order. I asked if they can place my order for me over the phone, they said no, they aren't capable of doing that. (that's the first I've heard of from any company). told me I should go to the store and buy it. I let them know that they don't sell it at the store. They told me I could order it again online but most likely since it got rejected twice, it would get rejected again. I asked can they help process that through and they said no. So basically what I gather from my conversation is... 1. they don't want to sell me the product cause it was on super sale and would rather sell it for more. or 2. I have an asian last name and they are discriminating. Thanks for no customer service.
