Customer service is terrible for the most part

I have been a weekly customer for at least 30 years at this location. I don’t appreciate being told that basically don’t know what I purchased. I get overcharged, clearly cashiers mistake which happens too many times . Let me add I know what I buy. Waiting at least 20 mins to get my money back. I am not happy. Not the first time. Same thing for incorrect pricing on items. They don’t seem to want to honour anything without making it very difficult for customers. Then they expect you to go in with a smile. Wait in line then wait approximately 20 min every time and it’s always their mistakes. Get better cashiers and change your policy. I have better things to do than go back to a store to get the problem solved. Worst store in Cornwall for customer service. And they don’t apologize either User's recommendation: Check your grocery receipts. Probably will find more errors than you would like.
