Customer Service is rude and refuses to issue my refund

I have explained that these vendors are small. If that is not something you are willing to understand, I can not help you with that. Again, you are expecting the same service, from these small business' as you would get from a Macy's or Nordstrom's,...companies that have much higher resources. It is unfortunate, that the item is popular and back ordered...my job is to try to find a solution and explain. If you are not willing to accept, or understand that...I do not know what else I can say. I am going to process the Refund, offered in liu of the Replacement, so that I can help others, as well.
