I have been attempting to "verify" my account with Uphold for 2.5 months. I have sent no less than 50 messages yet they continue to notify me that a specialist is looking at the account. I keep getting auto responses from their trouble ticket system but no people are actually helping. I am a senior citizen and it seems like they are taking advantage of customers. Check the internet its FULL of complaints about these guys. I finally got a notice that they are closing my account and sending my money. I am concerned that they will not send my money. This is unfortunate because I liked these guys but lately something is VERY Scammy User's recommendation: STEER CLEAR OF ANY COMPANY THAT DOES OT RESPOND.
