Customer service is inconsistent and poor overall

Horrible experience with double charging, late shipping direct to recipient (over 10 days to send a birthday card????), not including promised postage on orders, I could go on and on...Website is horrible and SLOW as well. Customer service is inconsistent and POOR overall. If you are looking for convenience or time savings, Cardstore.com is NOT your answer. STAY AWAY!
