Customer service is horrid

Nothing wrong with the snacks, however the customer service is terrible!!! First of all I had to email the company to ask them to send me my monthly box every single time even though I had a 3-month subscription that I had already paid for! If I hadn't emailed them I probably would have never received my box. Second even though I emailed them with questions they never answered or addressed them. I told them I was an unhappy customer, but never got addressed. There was never any explanation. There is no phone number everything has to be done by email including cancelling your subscription. User's recommendation: Do not recommend.
