Customer service is deplorable.

UPS CLAIMS PKG WAS LEFT AT THE DOOR. NOT SEEN ON.OUR CAMERA. DRIVER DOESN'T RING OR KNOCK. THE VENDOR REFUSES TO REIMBURSE, REPLACE OR REFUND. IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS. User's recommendation: Be aware.
