Customer service is absolutely rubbish

I purchased a Toyota Yaris from Al Futtaim in July 2015 and along with that I purchased service at 10000 miles and did NOT sign any contract to say this money would be non refundable. They have failed to produce this or refer me to their term and conditions where I signed to agree. I have not achieved this mileage and looking to sell the vehicle and would like to get my refund for the service that I have NOT used. For the last two weeks I am not been able to get a response back from Toyota customer service manager despite repeated calls from me and they have been ignoring my request and it is very frustrating when you have not agreed to any terms and conditions. Toyota UAE customer service is absolutely ***.
