Worst experience ever! Initially was speaking with someone by the name of "Sal" he advised me he would be in today until 9pm. I get to the dealership only to be told he was not there and Lou would be helping me. I let Lou know I was there to look at a 2011 Chevy Impala they had online. He tells me he will be back with the car for me to look at takes my dl and comes back with a 2006 Chevy Impala telling me it would be a better car for me. I explained to him I already have a 2008 and do not want to down grade. He continues to try to push the 2006 on me. I then decide to just leave because at this point had been there for an hour playing the waiting game and still had to wait for my dl to be returned another 15 minutes. My husband was told if I would just give them 5 minutes of my time the sales manager would make me a great deal again I waited against my better judgement only for the sales manager to never come talk to me but the salesman Lou comes to hand me my dl. I left at that point and texted "Sal" the original person I was set up to meet and let him know what my experience was only to receive a couple text back saying "No problem don't need this from you good luck. " (copy and pasted right from the text I received back) and another saying "I have five kids and had to take the afternoon off my bad. Why didn't you go to your brother o begin with?" I did not go to the dealership my brother works at because he is not a sales person and I thought I was going to get a better deal with CCD but instead ended up walking away infuriated at the low level of customer service and ignorance I received. I wish Sal the best of luck in his future endeavors if he is in fact a real person. Very very unhappy and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Of I could plaster warning signs everywhere I would. These people are an absolute joke!!!
