I have been in somewhat of a quandary due to insurance questions and what I had and did not have. I called customer service today and they routed me to the correct place. The gentleman that answered was so pleasant and helpful. He got everything sorted out for me and now I know everything is on track. I failed to get his name but you are to be commended for having such people on your staff. Thanks for listening and thanks for setting my mind at ease. There is no way that this is a complaint.
