Customer Service/Inaccurate Payment

I received a letter in January to pay an overage Escrow amount to avoid change is mortgage terms. I paid the overage on 2/1/2018 to avoid a change in my monthly mortgage payment. They changed the mortgage amount anyway and will not address this complaint. Very disrespectful agents and supervisor that would not provide me with answers to where was my payment applied since mortgage payment increased. I do not like the way I was talked to by the Selene Finance agent or the response given. The supervisor told me there is nothing he can do because the Escrow department had not received/documented it in the past 30+ days of receiving the payment.
