Update by user May 26, 2020 After trying other methods, I messaged the company on facebook and got a reply and issue resolved in 30 minutes. If you have issues with this company, try their facebook page. Once you get someone on the other end, theyre pretty efficient! Original review posted by user May 26, 2020 Its Labor day weekend, had time off, decided to reinstall windows and clean my machine off. Upon installing silhouette studio on which I purchased the business license I received a message "License already in use". I'm installing on the SAME Machine with the SAME mac address. I have graduation t-shirt orders and my software is locked. I try to call, no answer, chat, no answer. I wait until next day well into business hours already having disappointed clients, I call, no answer. I chat from the website, no answer. I'm stuck with a PAPERWEIGHT! If Silhouette wants to tamper proof software, then they should give legit purchasers 24 hour support OR UNLOCK it by default. User's recommendation: Be careful and deactivate license before cleaning your windows machines for ANY reason, malware or otherwise.
