Customer service for a well reputable company such as Honda is a huge mismatch. 3 weeks to contact a customer service to look into an under warranty issue with no results.

I have called at least 20 times and left massage for a reginal manager to call me back and no results and response whatsoever. User's recommendation: i hope you never need to contact the company for any issue.
