I ordered 15pc hot wings with large fries 2 drinks online. I arrived to the store the cashier was outside on the phone music was very loud in the store I could barely hear my total when I he came around the counter to ring me up. The cashier walked off in the middle of the transaction when I asked him to repeat the total to me I paid and waited while making my drinks it had to be at least 10-15 minutes before one of the cooks came from the back cooking area and said, "so I'm assuming he didn't tell you we're out of fries". I was confused I felt that was totally rude the way he approached the situation but I answered no he didn't. He then offered me corn or veggie stick in exchange I wanted what I order but was starving and tired he offered to add wings I agreed. I was given $3 back I guess for inconvenience I got the food and left. I arrived home only to notice there was only one ranch cup in the bag and I should have had at least 3. The 2 that come with the original order and I paid for an extra ranch, plus, he should have added more since he added more wings to compensate for the inconvenience of not having fries. Not only that but the wings were extremely hot. Not the original hot flavor he gave me atomic, I know the difference I eat wingstop a lot. I was so upset and I ended up not being able to enjoy the food myself I was so upset and it was too late to go back to the store. It was over all not a good experience for me and I would like a full refund on my order.
