I have been in CS for over 20 years, I have never dealt with so many incompetent people! You have to give everything but your blood type to get an account set up to do an employment verification. And the cost off the verification is $48.95!!! Then once you do receive confirmation the employee has to the same run around to get their Salary Code. After 5 hours and speaking with 4 people who of course do not speak fluent English... We finally were able to retrieve our employment verification. I did speak with one person not very nicely and let him know that the whole system/set up at The Work Number was completely Asinine. Seriously reconsidering rejecting potential clients that are required to use The Work Number which is unfortunate for us and the consumer.
