Customer service does not respond

I had an appointment at 5:15PM on Wednesday May 26 but they moved my appointment to 6:30 without my consent - their reason was that the scheduler had double booked. I have contacted customer services but they have not responded. They don't value your time. Do NOT ever go there! User's recommendation: terrible customer service.
