Customer service does not exist. When they mess up, they’d rather refund than make it right.

I've placed a grand total of three orders with DiscountMugs. Of those three orders, every single one has required some correction on the part of the company. The first order arrived one case short. The company manufactured the missing shot glasses and got them to us within the necessary timeline. The second order arrived with 1/3 of the design missing. This time, I had to provide multiple photographs of mugs to prove that they'd failed to print them correctly. They were eventually replaced after some serious back-and-forth. I was also offered a discount for accepting the order incorrectly instead of forcing the company to reproduce the mugs correctly. I declined. On my third order I again purchased mugs but found them to have much lower printing quality than my previous two orders. Half of the mugs I ordered arrived with extra printers marks on the mugs, rendering them cheap and unusable. This time around, another set of photos was required, and eventually my order was reproduced. I received the corrected order a full month after my original delivery estimate. No effort was made to expedite any of these orders or to make it right. On the last two orders, I was bribed with a partial refund to accept the subpar product. Customer service does not exist at DiscountMugs. I will not be ordering again.
