Customer service/ delivery issue

I have been trying to reach someone at z gallerie for over 1 week including calling in and sending emails with no response. when i call in i have to wait for over 1 hour to speak to someone who hangs up within a few min after getting them the order number. The customer service for this company sucks. i have more luck reaching a customer service department in China.
