Have received emails that my order has been delayed - no problem, but also no details of when it is expected to ship. Most annoying is that I waiting on hold for 1 1/2 hours - yes one and a half hours and no one answered - this is totally unacceptable - covid or no covid! People are working - companies are open... Do not use covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Have a call back option if you do not have enough people to cover your customer service dept please.
