Customer service at WTC boutique

Regret to caution everyone not to go at the Tissot boutique on 2nd floor at WTC NY. It sucks font 100. They wasted 2 days in my battery relacement and when i was about to reach the place to pi k up the informed that they cld not replace the battery. Saddest experience in the last 7 yrs when i have been changing batteries for this watch. No wonder they wld never meet their numbers rendering such sad experience to existing customers.
