Customer Service at Dillon Plaza
I bought Cabot yogurt 12/31/18. Opened 1/1 for breakfast and was moldy. Carton showed expiration date 12/30/18. Called customer service to complain at 10:20am as I live in Hillsboro, 15 or 20 miles away. As I was complaining, the woman at customer service interrupted me. I kept talking and ignored her and was stunned as she hung up on me. I called back and a man answered. I explained my problem and he helped me politely with my complaint. This woman ruined my New Years day. I was so angry at getting hung up on with my out of date moldy yogurt from Schnucks. I won't be back to that store again. High Ridge Dillon Plaza.
