Six weeks after placing my order it was not received and was supposed to have been shipped 4-9 business days after placing the order. I had to contact them via email or live chat (no phone number available) for a status. The first time was about 3 weeks after i place the order. They said they following week it would be shipped. 6 weeks later I contacted them again and they said should ship soon. They already charged me so i asked for cancellation and refund to my credit card. They said they'd mail a check later in the week. I said a check was not good for me because of COVID and mail delays and tampering. They said they were having trouble with their credit card processor and could only send a check. Then they abruptly ended the LiveChat User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY from As Seen on TV Pros.
