Customer service and service is not what it used to be like.

We Rented a home from this Property management Divison. And it was a nightmare. We were promised serval things to be fixed and serviced when we moved in and they never got done. The empolyees of this company never returned calls and ever gave us courtsey updates on the progress. It was one thing after another so my husband and I said lets find a home to buy and get out of this Rental. we told the company how we felt and gave them 4 months notice to start finding new applicants to rent the home. I even spend lots of my own time showing the home to prospects with the intention they would rent the home out so we would not have to pay the Last months rent, well that didnt happen. Than whe I did a move out walk through the lady said that everything looked great and did not see any way we would not get our $2, 300 deposit back. Well now they are pulling a fast one and telling us that they dont have any documentation of all the problems we had with the home and that they are gonna take our money. They said we could take them to small claims court and we are ready with our own documentation. This has been a test of my patients and also an expiernce that will go down in my memory and I will never forget how they treated us and I plan on passing this down to every person I know. Well I guess customer service and service is not what it used to be like.
