I have settled on my account. I paid it. I am trying to get something showing that the account was settled and 0 balance. The frustration to get this is information is terrible. I worked with the 3rd party paid it that day. They fowarded everything to Conn's the same week. Now almost 2 weeks later Conn's cannot get me anything that says my balance is zero and settled on letter heard. Not 20-30 days later. The rep i spoke with said that it shows zero balance. I spoke with a manager in the recovery and she will not help. Her name is Sarah and #29182. I have tried numerous time to get this information. I need help.
